OUR PROGRAMS

OC’s Safer Summer Pool Party

Pool Float Set

OC’s Safer Summer Pool Party is a series of free water safety events held in cities across Orange County. Families can enjoy hands-on activities, connect with swim lessons and safety resources, and help children build confidence in and around the water.

The Hop, Skip & Splash 5K Fun Run brings families and the community together for a morning of running, walking, music, food, and water safety activities.

Every step helps fund swim scholarships, water safety education, and drowning prevention programs across Orange County.

School Water Safety Education

The Jasper Ray Foundation supports school-based water safety education by providing schools with age-appropriate children’s books about water safety, along with lesson plans and classroom activities that help students learn safer choices around pools, beaches, lakes, rivers, and other water environments.

Community Outreach & Events

Through health fairs, community workshops, coalition activities, and public awareness campaigns, we bring water safety information directly to families where they live, learn, and play. Meeting people in their communities removes barriers and builds trust.

Partnerships & Collaboration

Group Hands Together

Drowning prevention takes all of us. The Jasper Ray Foundation works alongside schools, healthcare organizations, first responders, aquatic programs, businesses, cities, nonprofits, and community leaders to expand access and strengthen impact. We believe in the power of shared mission.
